Ms. Sloane has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Certification in Family Counseling, Master's Addiction Counseling, and Hypnotherapy. She is EAP qualified.  She  has over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Ms. Sloane is a life-long learner and continues educating herself to stay aware of changing methodology in mental health and wellness. She believes "It is important to her that the individuals she works with feel supported and enriched as they navigate through life’s challenges and changes. The motto held, “Helping others to heal” was born out of her belief that intrinsically, individuals have the information on how to heal themselves, but at times may struggle with identifying the way, by becoming “lost” in their situation or circumstances. It is at these times that guidance can be provided to assist the individual to find their way, by examining their past and present, and identifying the impact on their choices and behaviors. She has served children, adolescents, and adults, who have had struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, addictions, and other issues impacting their quality of life. She is here to help those who are seeking to improve their current situations and attain their life’s ambitions through improved mental health and wellness.
